Southern ontario 911

I have heard a lot about a strain I believe is only in southern ontario called 911. Just wondering if anyone new any info about.

I know a few people growing it and it is suppose to be a good yielder as well as decent potency. I assumed it is something somone local has come up with but would like to know more about its lineage before I jump on the band wagon. A close friend thinks it is the best thing since coloured TV
