This is the year that I have been watching the " Rules Advisory Committee" closely. As I figured, they muddied up the waters on pesticides pretty bad. We all received warning letters. Well, the O'l Lady and I saw this coming so we went out every A.M. and literally power-washed each leaf individually either with plain water or the weekly folier. We did use some neem on the stalks but no bug juice; not even organicide! I microscope every day. No mites, but have had to be vigilant about the caterpillars and worms. If that don't please them: I don't know what will. The pic is a spider eating a dragonfly.
