the other is run by doc chronic. I think it's stale and would not send a dollar to that site. he's kind of let all the sites but his main retail fall apart from what i've seen. There's better places to get SOL seeds that are canadian. Looks like Koot let his website lapse. i don't know if that means he's not selling anymore- you can find a cached version of the site and send money to the address there, but no telling if it's any good.
