I was just curious can you run 2 Spider Farmer sf-4000 lights in a 4x4 tent or will it be overkill?
unless you are pumping co2 like crazy, then you only need one of them. Honestly with 2 you will probably have massive heat issues. I would just run 1 of them, more light beyond their daily maximum is a waste โœŒ๏ธ

Yeah in a 4x4 that light will be enough. I have a 3x4 and have the se3000. The 3000 is recommended for 3x3 tents. The 4000 is for 4x4 I believe.

But hey, if u have already bought 2, I'll take the other one ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿ˜‰

Dont buy that light. Spider faker falsely advertises their ppfd numbers. Go with HLG, MIGRO or a brand that actually stands behind their products.

@RadRuss What did spider farmer do to butt hurt you?
They lied about the coverage of their lights. Then when I contacted them to try and return it, they just sent me on a run around and basically said I was ignorant and didn't know how to read. They refuse to stand behind their products, they don't have a phone number to contact them that they answer or return calls on, they are based in some other country and all of their email replies came in the middle of the night and at least 2 days later. I will NEVER give another single cent to spider farmer. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I'm just glad I bought a single light before decking out the commercial grow space with their junk. Would have been a huge mistake so I guess I got off cheap.
