Hey Guys . So I ended up with Azatrol. Anyone here have any experience with it ? whats the best way to apply ( spray or in watering ) - Venom818 , is this similar to the Azomite you mentioned ?

Will I see results quickly , or is this something that takes a while to work ? Probably want to suit up for the spray down to huh , face mask and all ??

Thanks ALL!

JJ

Not that you shouldn't be wooried about mites and do EVRYTHING you can to get rid of them it is not the end of the world. In fact if your plants are in good health in my expereance they are not that big a deal. The azatrol is great but the cost is high. Neem or einstien oil is also great. Whatever you go with I say get your hands on 2 diffrent products (sorry I'm not be helpfull on the thin wallet) and go back and forth to keep from building an infestation of control resistant mites. Treat the plants and then again inn6-8 days twice, so that any eggs that hatch new mites after you have killed the adults will be eliminated before they become sexually mature. Also be sure to keep up on your grow room cleaning and disinfect tools pots ect, with a solution of bleach and water as per the bottles mixing directions. And be sure to keep you clean. After treating the plants leave the garden and wash you and your cloths before handling any other plants and inspect any plants you bring into your garden and never visit a garden or work in the yard without cleaning you and you cloths before walking into your own gardern. And do not reuse soil. They come into you garden most of the time on cuttings or plants brought into your garden or on your cloths or shoes.

has anyone used this product available in the uk?if so,wats ur opinion of it?i was given a 'tester 'amount which seemed ton work, but ofcourse, the f****'s came back after the tester was used.also, ive heard a steam cleaner will get them from the nooks n cranies somebody earlier said they migrate to when the grow room is 'under attack!'maybe in this next battle with the buggers il decorate[bit extreme but ive had these 2yrs now,in different degrees of control],good excuse to get the steam cleaner out if this is true, lol.

sorry, the headlines disapeared.the product im talking about ios called'NITE NITE SPIDERMITE'.

Mite be a mess

Like the man said:character0110:
Neem oil! I use Triple Action, regularly. Whether I need it or not. The good news is I don't seem to have mites. The bad news is, it always seems you don't have 'em, right up until you do! And that bites the big one.

I just found out that I have a slight mite problem. My plants are all in veg right now so I have some time to destroy these bastards.. I ordered up some Floramite so hopefully that will work.. I sprayed tonight with some Einstein Oil and will continue to do so every week. I also have some Azatrol, Pyrethrin bombs, insecticidal soap, and some safer brand stuff.. I plan on using a few of those items to switch things up on them.. It may sound overkill, but I don't fuck around when it comes to the borg.

I cant believe no one has mentioned Monterey Garden Insect Spray. This stuff is 100% organic OMRI certified. Its a pesticide derived from some sort of proprietary bacteria that will only affect detrimental pests in your garden (active ingredient is spinosad). Works on mites, gnats and thrips. Good shit IMO
