What would you say the threshold is for needing CO2? At 12 inches away im getting a reading of 75k lux.

Above 65k on 12/12 I would say time for co2. Above 45k 18/6 same thing. Of course strains play a role as some handle more light better

I believe so yes. It’s a led light and makes the tent purple

You cannot go by lux with blurple light you must use a par meter. Lux basically measures green light and blurples carry little of that so when using a lux meter on a blurple light your measurements might say 20k but ppfd will be much higher.

Basically if you have a blurple light you cannot use lux because the light is actually much much stronger than the reading it gives you

Thank you very much for the help! Now I feel like I have a waaaay better grasp of what my lights are putting out and how to best utilize them with the dimmers etc. Everything looks a little happier now that it's not getting stressed by the lights. Much appreciated cheers!

5-10k would be for seedlings. Honestly i use it as a guide.

5k clones

5-10k seedlings/rooted clones

15-45k veg starting at 15 increasing 3-5k every few days to a week 18/6 light cycle plants usually somewhat grow into the increased intensity.

45-65k flower again starting at 45k and working up.

This is for non co2 rooms and do not use the app with blurples because it does not work for them.

5k is that for already rooted clones or for cloning, what lux do you clone under?

So you agree on 18hrs a day for flower?

Only for auto flowering would that make sense
