Hey there,currently taking care of my near 1 month UW plant. But there's a spot that popped up overnight I'm pretty sure.

This is the spot. It's no bigger than a fingernail,but it's got me worried nonetheless. Looking at the spot there's tiny tiny black dots inside the actual spot,but they don't move and don't appear to b some sort of bug.
