You definitely want to be checking for bugs something is sucking the life from them ( the dots are where they have been feeding ) if they were smaller dots I’d say check for spider mites as they leave dots however there big dots for spider mites

thank you..that is what I was thinking also..some people suggested a fungus but I don't think it's that..not sure how to stop insect feeding ?

If you know the insect that’s feeding you can tailor that into what will be your best approach

I’d rule out a virus that’s definitely a bug feeding

I know sipper mites don’t like the smell of cinnamon, garlic , peppermint & cedar think there a lot more smells they don’t like that’s were companion plants would beneficial however I really don’t think it’s spider mites the feeding holes are to big

If they attack it badly
As much as I loathe the stuff neem oil will stop whatever it is feeding just be aware you definitely don’t want to get it on your buds as it will make them taste disgusting and the foliage you do use it on won’t be nice to smoke so you would lose the trim but keep the buds.

You can spray neem oil into the soil

There are plenty homemade recipes that work just as good as any insect replant just without the nasty chemicals in it.

I don’t know about beneficial bugs outside there my goto inside but I must admit I have limited knowledge about outside growing

Whoa, I’ve never seen that. I think your plant needs to play the accordion (polka dots) I’m an idiot.

Yea I passing bug taking grabing dinner I wouldn't worry bout it was just a Random fly by hit happens to me when outside growing most of the time outdoor bugs lay there eggs on the underside of the leaves but I wouldn't treat unless you start to find the living on plant and just spary the area just around where you have the plant to make a sort of deterent so the bugs don't like to environment to begin with prevention first

I like seeing these answers..because I think it was just a random feeding one night by a random insect..haven't seen any new damage..been growing in this spot for four years now without incident..if it happens again I will go with a little spray of diatomaceous earth

Yea I had large adult Flys doing that do my leaves just smaller just and flying insects lay eggs underside of the leaves and i had a catpillar eat a few leaves then I found it in a cocoon on my plant changing to a moth , I had a hemp moth lay it's egg right in the middle of my plant main stem and a worm hatched inside the plant and ate my plant from the inside out and the whole top fall off lol growing outside the joys

I’ve come across stem worms 20 years ago from outside grows. Such a creepy situation when you see it.

Bro....you are growing outside, bugs and what not are part of it.
You are just getting started...wait till some bird shits all over it and the caterpillars hit.
