I'm doing a single plant grow in a small cloning tent. Got just over 3ft height so every inch matters. I was thinking about using a stainless mixing bowl I have lying around for the final pot. It's quite large, 10 litres capacity. It's quite wide but not very tall so would be perfect for my small space. It just needs some drainage holes drilled which is no problemo. Does anyone see any problems with the roots having more lateral space and less vertical space to grow in?

I'm no root expert but my experience is that the roots will fill up anywhere that their's soil and some.

3 Gallons 11 liters is fine for most Autoflowers.

for indica and Sativa strains would recommend 5 gallon minimum
