Stalled Durban Poison seedling, help needed!!!

Thanks for that... I germinated the seedlings in the greenhouse in a propagator during the day then indoors at night to reduce the thermal variation. Im of the hope that the varieties I've chosen will be hardy enough for this.. I get it's not grow tent conditions but im hoping that plants want to grow..

bear in mind that once they put out one set of leaves they will pause above ground while they concentrate on putting some roots down, dont start feeding or watering because you think its stopped growing ,
with my last grow i let it dry out quite a bit , to force the roots out , but gave it some foliar feeds with clonex.
