Start here if you need help with a sick plant.
The Infirmary works best when helpers can see the plant, the setup, and what changed right before the problem showed up. You do not need to write a perfect report. Just give the basics so growers are not guessing from one blurry leaf photo.
Use a clear thread title
Good titles help the right people find your thread.
Add useful photos
Please include at least one clear photo. More is better.
Tell us the grow basics
If you use the Infirmary case form, fill in what you know and leave the rest for follow-up. If you are posting by hand, copy this:
Strain:
Age / stage:
Indoor or outdoor:
Medium:
Container size:
Watering schedule:
Water source:
pH, if tested:
EC/PPM, if tested:
Nutrients or amendments:
Light type and distance:
Temp / humidity:
What changed recently:
Main symptom:
How fast it is spreading:
What you already tried:
Hydro, coco, soil, and outdoor growers
Different setups need different clues.
Before you chase fixes
Try not to stack a bunch of fixes at once. Feeding, flushing, spraying, changing lights, and transplanting all on the same day can make the real cause harder to find. Post the details, answer follow-up questions, and update the thread with what changed.
We have growers here who have seen almost every ugly leaf, sad seedling, mystery wilt, pest bite, and root-zone problem. Help them help you.

- Good: Week 5 coco, yellow lower leaves after feed
- Good: Seedling drooping in living soil, brown stem at soil line
- Good: Outdoor veg plant wilted after transplant
- Not so good: Help!!!
- Not so good: What is wrong with her?
Add useful photos
Please include at least one clear photo. More is better.
- Whole plant photo
- Close-up of the damaged leaves or stem
- Photo of the pot, medium, or root area if it matters
- Natural/white light if possible, not only blurple or heavy filter lighting

Different setups need different clues.
- Hydro/DWC: include reservoir temp, pH drift, EC/PPM, water change schedule, and root photos if possible.
- Coco: include feed strength, runoff pH/EC if you measure it, watering frequency, and whether the coco is drying back.
- Living soil: include pot size, top dressings, water source, pH if measured, and how wet the pot has stayed.
- Outdoor: include recent weather, transplant timing, pest pressure, sprays, and whether nearby plants look the same.
