starting indoor

looking for a good lighting option to start my seeds and clones indoor b4 going out. was thinking T5 can anyone give advise as to how many bulb ect... were you guys got your and how much they should cost.

also i usually start mine inside:animbong:and then harden them during the day followed by planitng outside.

t5's are good but more expensive than cfl's..i use 6 daylight 32 watt cfl's they work fine..i would get them accustom to very bright light if there going outdoor so dont keep them to far away from the bulbs...you can get them at home depot at around 6-7 dollars each i think there 100 watt equivalent or something like that..i think the most important factor for starting them inside is matching the day cycle, i look up the sunset/sunrise times in my area for the day i want to transplant them outside and then i match the indoor cycle to this...good luck

Т5 & CFL are best for start i use 35w cfl`s is compact & effective
