when I lower the PH the PPM’s lower also. When the ph rises so does the PPM’s.
I keep the ph around 5.5-6.0

i like to use lst because then I can start training earlier and I don’t cut off/lose a top!Here she is from seed to today is exactly 4 weeks. P.H sits around 5.6-5.8 and PPM’s right now are around 420 with 150 of that being from the faucet water.
I think I’m going to let her get a little bigger before I top. Might only top once or multiple not sure. I only have a 5ft tall tent so not sure how I want to play it. I also have netting to possibly do a scrog. But I want multiple colas, I don’t want just one big cola. Yeah that looks like seed casing stuck. I always give them a little nudge of myself usually if it's having hard time doing it.Hard to tell from the picture, but is the seed shell still stuck on the plant? If it is you can usually remove it, very gently.
In regards to the light, I like to use small 10 watt LED shop lights from Walmart for seedlings. They have a good spectrum and use almost no electricity. The light you have will also work good, it just seems like alot of light for 1 seedling.
All in all, it looks healthy for a seedling, just need the leaves to pop open, should happen soon unless you can remove the shell, if it's on there, again its hard to tell from the pics. Good luck!!

From seed to now is 6 weeks. I had some hiccups and even broke a branch completely off which is sad. But she is doing Well.
I bought these Lst 90 degree clips that I just put on today. We’ll see how they do. PPM’s are at about 380 with 120 of that being straight tap water. P.H I like to keep her 5.7-6.0
I started lst on a clone I have had for roughly 10 days and the bud sites nearly tripled in that time. It's pretty amazing.6/3 update:

The tips of your leaves are getting ever so slightly yellow so I’d watch your ppm/leaf tips to see if any nute burn is starting. as for leaves being different sizes, she’ll catch up. That’s happened to me before too idt it’s an indication of anything being wrong.Why are some of my leaves bigger than others? Same amount of light thru out.
