Starting new grow. Need your input.

I am getting ready to build a new structure to move my grow into, and I am looking for your input as far as growroom setup.

I had planned on splitting the area into 3 spaces and having two separate gardens and a space for mothers, veg, and cloning. Thinking about using Under Current UCDB16XL systems or building my own, with (4) 1K HPS lights in each flowering room on a flipbox. Let me know what your thoughts are.
