Will i need extraction fan kit with the 250w bulb will a small Oscillating Fan inside the tent be enough

Are there any better deals or kits about got budget of about £300 to grow 4 to 6 plants

Feed up with paying $20 for 2g of sprayed poo you cannot even smoke

aye you will need ventilation idealy with carbon filler for the smell, and an intake fan. low ryders are good crack for a begginer but the yeilds are abit rubbish, plus i wouldnt recomend white dwarf grown it befor and wasnt that impressed.if i was to go for a lowrider a think the ak47 cross is the best got 3 oz off one of them (soil organic grow), was just usin it to fill up space in the tent but it was killer bud crystals densly formed all over the thing. the blueberry cross looks interesting aswell. make sure you use a good light aswell because thats the key to big buds, as far as kits go no idea mate but growell have a few if i wor you id go for a kit with a bigger tent than mentioned gives you flexibility in the future however i dont lnow your situation.
