Concerned about this brown colour change.
Is it stem rot, a disease or natural.

Also is my leaf curl due to low humidity? Or it’s it a mg/cal deficiency.

Ya, plant looks real nice Chris.
When the tips of the leaf role down it's called clawing. Over feeding.
When the leaf roles the sides up. With a blistered appearance on the surface, It's usually light stress.
Light is a little close.
