Sthil Fs 85 Will Not Start

I've a sthil fs 85 weed eater trimmer and it wouldn't start last spring, Put new Carb on it an it still wouldn't start. It's about 5 yrs old and heavy so I bought a new one, Fs 45, lighter and easier on the back.. I've started working on the 85 again. It has fire but doesn't look very strong, it gets Fuel but no luck, I've even used starting fluid an it doesn't start.

2 stroke rite? Fouled plug? Check the ignition coil?

I’ve got a fs90r, she’s been going strong for me for 10years now, fires second pull even after winter. It’s only ever had premium gas and stihl mix oil. Any chance you put fuel with ethanol in it? You try putting fuel in the spark plug hole? New plug? Maybe the coil is gone? My stihl hedge trimmer won’t fire likely cuz I put ethanol gas in there. Fires with gas in the plug hole then dies.
