Still a Novice

Hello all! Excited to learn some new things on this forum. I have a little experience in growing with soil. This time I’m using coco/perl mix with Gaia Green dry supplements. Kind of new to building medium, but I’ve got 70/30 coco perl mix, 444, earthworm castings, recharge, 284 and glacial dust. Starting in 30 oz with the coco/perl and castings. Plan on transplanting into 1 gallon after a couple weeks of growth once they break soil. When I transplant to 1 gallon I’m going to mix a medium with the formerly mentioned coco/perl casting mix, and add the rock dust and 444. Any tips or things I’m forgetting for this first transplant?
