I think it is ready. The pics show the very beginnings of a foxtail (notice the pointed appearance of the buds... they aren't as broad as before and more pointed) as well as the color change of the buds and sugar leaves. Trichome color is another way, although I like to use a little of all 3!
I was meaning to ask about the new hairs, I've thought I was doing something wrong with them still growing in amongst the mature buds,
Will they just keep growing and start maturing?
I'm using a 600w Phlizon LED, I also add a Neillio UFO 150w Grow Light, Full Red Plant Light 660nm Spectrum when they start to flowerWhat type of lighting are you running. Perhaps the new hairs are on foxtailings (as previously suggested) which will mature on top of already mature buds. If checking the trichomes, be sure to check older bud sites as new ones will surely be clear. I seen where a lot of hairs turn red way before the plant was done. My understanding is that the hairs can mature early by environmental factors such as foliar feeding, touching them or intense lighting, etc.
i get ya.Good idea, it's not as if I'm doing anything else atm lol
Thanks, the plants not the biggest, not that many buds, Can I ask "when I dry the buds do I cut that bud down and cut it into 3 for example and dry together or just have one huge bud lol"That is one good-looking Bud right there, nice work!
Agree, I'd keep it around just to look at it!! That's a contest winner right there!wait another 5-7 days, post pics in 5 days.
