Stock has 2stems at the base

Watering the babies today I noticed there a double stock at the base of the dirt look at pictures starts a s one then branches of two different stems anybody see this before????

It’s just mutated
Mutations come in various different forms.
when it comes to cannabis nothing surprises me anymore

Its like a flat stem but it didnt merge together.
