Just curious...

After looking at my bottle of cranberry juice the nutritional label reads:

Sodium: 35mg
Potassium: 30mg
Total Carb: 30g
Sugars: 30g
and it's loaded with Vitamin C

Has anyone every throw store bought juice into the res?

I'm pretty sure the high fructose corn Syrup is no good.
Molasses is real good tho. More than not its been put threw so many processes the juice isn't good for you either.

Its the sodium thats bad, the salt will build up and mess with ph, plus not to think what it does to your microbe life.
No sodium!!!!!!
I get seltzer water, it was sold in state stores(no longer exist here) but its a drink mixer.
pure carbonated water...awesome foiler spray. Co2 loaded.
club doda is ok, if you can find sodium free.
