I keep mine in plastic bags, plastic containers, etc in a 12 gallon tote kept in the garage, north side on the cool cement floor. Temp fluctuations do of course happen and pop ratios fall over time but this works for me, at least for now

I looked at that jar but it's too small I have a bunch of seeds they wouldn't fittape a piece of aluminum foil over it.
