Vacum sealedIm assuming its airtight?
Vacum seals
I ended up buying a used wine fridge on marketplace for cheap, picked one out that had a relatively low power consumption and stuck in basement where its pretty cool to begin with. I have the same fears about seeds after November. Im sure plenty of guys will figure out ways to send things around like they use to, but I would rather load up now while I can without the risk and have my own little trove of genetics to fall back on and maybe strike some lighting with thoughtful pollen chucking down the road.Hello I have a bunch of seeds that I want to store for a while I am thinking of leaving them in the original packaging and putting several of them in a Vacum sealer bag with a 5gram desiccant bag and Vacum sealing it shut I will have several bags than putting them into a water tight Home Depot container and putting them in the fridge.
Thoughts ? I want these seeds to last I'm worried about this shit with the government !!!!!

Ordered some from OA Seeds (Spain not USA) 2 weeks ago. They usually have great promotions with lots of free seeds not like the US one. They did say the shipment was a few days late waiting for a particulay strain I wanted but also promised "several additional seeds" because of it. I ordered 15 seeds but will end up with about 40. Should be here tomorrow according to tracking, so we shall see. From my understanding of the new laws they will not effect seed availability.
I thought it's gonna affect the thc levelsFrom my understanding of the new laws they will not effect seed availability.
the new laws basically say that any seed with the potential to grow into a plant that has more than .3% thc are illegal . It's not even about the amount of thc in the seed itself, but what it COULD be which is ridiculousI thought it's gonna affect the thc levels
That's exactly why u want to stock up before these assholes making these rules screw usthe new laws basically say that any seed with the potential to grow into a plant that has more than .3% thc are illegal . But there is no way to tell what kind of plant the seeds will produce short of growing them out so that law is unenforceable.the new laws basically say that any seed with the potential to grow into a plant that has more than .3% thc are illegal . yea sure there are plenty of things wrong with it on a variety of levels, but the reality is the seed breeders/banks aren't going to be able to carry on business as usual. At the very least card processors are going to bail to not get involved with transactions for something federally illegal and they will have to revert back to the old ways of cash payments and sending random souveniers out to people. But there is no way to tell what kind of plant the seeds will produce short of growing them out so that law is unenforceable.
Well I need a lot of souvenirs than lolyea sure there are plenty of things wrong with it on a variety of levels, but the reality is the seed breeders/banks aren't going to be able to carry on business as usual. Well I received my seeds with the promo seeds but they forgot to send the "several additional seeds" they promised for the inconvenience of waiting. I sent them a reply stating that but I doubt anything will come from it.Ordered some from OA Seeds (Spain not USA) 2 weeks ago. 0.3% not 3%... and that is on the grown out plant not just the seed. With type I seeds these days typically being 20%+ that basically throws the majority of them under the ban outside maybe some medicinal hemp type seeds that dont have any thcThis is what I'm reading they are saying nothing less than 3 % thc
