Anyone ever see a plant grow like this?

I’ve had some do that if the seed shell had a hard time coming off at germ. Sometimes causes mutation of a few sets.

That is exactly what happened. It was still in the seed when it came through the soil. Any adverse effects?

It should correct itself after a few nodes and look fine if that’s the case. Good luck!
