Stranger things! Normal or not?

Fairly new to growing and not sure what this is. Nothing inside of them. Any thoughts?

Ok. Was thinking possibly hermie. I'm fairly certain I messed up by tossing 3 of 5 plants thinking it was pollen sacs earlier in the winter. This was one of them. Think it's the same thing?

Are the purple leaves out of the ordinary for week 5 in flower?

That one is a male pretty sure. The flower is not open yet.

Plant looks good. Some can turn all black late flower. Could also be a nute problem but i don't know about that and the plant looks good in my eyes.

That's a fat trichome covered calyx. Those node calyxes sometimes open up a little bit like a bird of paradise flower and can catch pollen with the small number of pistils they have. I had a reveged plant that had wild hormones and it kept up the fat calyxes... I happened to have a male in the yard while it was doing it and it actually grew seeds in a few calyxes while it was vegging! I collected them and labeled them "virgin seeds" They'll grow normal but it's a novelty to have seeds from a vegging plant.

First time I saw one I thought I was looking at a male or a herm. Not saying yours is seeded, just letting you know they can get seeded.

No, that ones for sure a male. Got that grape clustering starting.

Looking at the picture again.
Do you know how much light they get?

I got it on 75 % it's so tall the branches close to the light are around 1100 but as you get further away it drops of course. The short plant next to it is only getting around 550 at the center. Want to crank the light to 100 but think it will fry the big plant. The light is a ks 500

Ok yeah it's hard to tune in with your setup.
Sounds ok but be careful at around two weeks end of flowering for the big ones. I think 1100 will fry some trichs.

They are in autopots so kinda hard to raise that shorty up also. I will have to go do sum work and try folding sum branches over. This is the sister clone of the shorty in separate tent getting much better light

Yeah you gotta make a compromise with your setup and i think your choice is good the way you grow your plants.
Looks fantastic the other one too
