Very very nice video. Makes me wanna do something like that. The shots turned out great! I liked the music and slow pans/zooms. Also the HD looked stunning!

What camera did you use? DSLR? Point n Shoot? Macro Lens? Flash? what kind of lighting?

I found the horizontal lines a bit distracting from the image itself but thats just personal preference.
