If u are stressed out about drying with hot temps or really high RH, the Lotus dry/cure might be your answer. All u need is a frost free fridge, your buds, and either some old school paper grocery bags, or some “new” pizza boxes. Also a small hygrometer/thermometer. Spread your buds out evenly in the bags or boxes, and put them in the fridge. I lay the bags down and fold them over leaving one end open for the first couple days. Don’t panic if the rh spikes the first few days. It usually gets up to around 85-90% but will level off in about 3-4 days. I try to keep the temp between 40-45 degrees. After 10 days, i jar some buds with a small hygrometer. If rh is below 70%, i throw a boveda pack in (62%), and start burping once a day for a few minutes. If above 70%, put back in bags or boxes, and place back in the fridge for a couple more days. Be careful tho, bcuz once they get close, they dry much faster. Don’t want to over-dry. Then repeat jar method, and check the humidity again. I shoot for the low 60’s. 58-62% is ideal. I like this method bcuz it dries really really slow for the 1st 7 days or so. Terpenes and cannabanoids, not to mention the awesome color are still there to enjoy! Hope this will help someone. Good Luck Homie Gromies!!
