I planned on growing plants (indoors) to about 2 feet high, then bend them over and tie them down. When a plant moves into its' "stretch" phase; does the growth always go verticle? If I bend over a plant, tie it down, will it "stretch" horizontally, or just up (verticle)??
And... if I grow plants indoors (lights on 18 or 24 hours a day), and then move the plants outside in May, would the change in "Natural" lighting (outdoors) cause the plants to enter the flowering stage; or would they continue to vegetate? I'm growing indoors, 3 plants (maybe 4??) in just under 7 square feet, dirt (in pots), 12 40 watt Horizontal Fluorescents (3100 Lumens each); 4 bulbs on top, 4 in front and back at 12 inches (480 watts)... Thanks ahead of time for any advice!
