Stretchy sativa good for scrog?

Im not so good at using forums so I apologize if this was asked before. Is a stretchy sativa ok to grow in scrog?

Yes , no prob , indica slightly easier because your sativa will stretch much more in flower , but with some creative twisting and bending you will be ok.....

Ok cool. I also have a couple of indica which i was planning on doing another scrog setup in a different area too so thats good to know thanks.

Is there a “gauge” of how much you can yield using scrog? I read somewhere 2oz per square foot but could be legit?

Am i supposed to lollipop the plants for scrog or is that unnecessary?
