Stunned Growth

I am growing lowryder original and its my first time. For the first 5-6 weeks everything was fine. I gave her to much nutrition and the two bottom leaves turned brown and started to die, I cut them off. The plant started growing rappedlly then it stopped. I havent changed lights. I did change the soil because of the nuts. Could the change in soil hinder the growth?

She's back to her norml self again. I think it just took acouple of days for the plant to get used to the new soil. She's growing great now.
