Stunted growth due to over watering??

Hey ppl I have 4 plants 4 different strains in a 4x4x72 grow tent with a 200 cfm outtake exhaust in not exactly sure what the lights are I bought one used and one from Amazon the one from Amazon is a 1000watt full spectrum LED and the other is a 600 watt full spectrum led and I think I have over watered my plants this is my irst indoor grow my question is will my plants bounce back and grow properly or should I start over I have had the one plant for just over a month the other 3 for about 2.5 weeks and there is barely any growth will they bounce back in time the biggest plant you see I have had for about a month and a week it is slowly starting to grow again but should I start over or can I fix my issue

As I pm'd, just "Hide an Watch" for a while, I just lost 6 clones from my cloning efforts but 2 made it thru my watering them too much. We all make mistakes, that's the best teacher.
