Stunted plant small leaves help please

These are my white widow photo period planted under 600 watt hps in Cana coco using Cana A and B every other day these have just been watered just over 3 weeks old is it worth me carrying on with them should I start again ??
My ph was high I think that was the problem

Difficult to properly feed and water small plants in big containers recommend next time starting them in smaller containers

you could carefully dig those out and put them in smaller pots and I think they'd be very easy to save, good luck

Beachwalker is correct. I am a firm believer in potting up, takes all the guess work out of it for me.
