Age is largely irrelevant for that, it matters how much the plant has developed or whether ot cotyledons have yellowed off or not. That plants roughly about as developed as your average 3-4 day old seedling.Even after 2 weeks the cotyledeons still supply the plant nutrients? Or does it just depend on the growth? Ive read i should feed 24 hours after the cotyledons open.
A little feed wouldnt hurt if it was rapidly growing, but currently its not going to be able to do anything with that feed for one reason or another. Whatever it may be. It's just not the best idea on a plant that small, thats already stunted.
Though, even the inner growth by the meristem and central vein is lighter green then the rest of the leaf, thats usually something you only see on a rapidly growing seedling, which is, odd to say the least. The picture is focused on the soil though too, not the plant lol.
