Suficants are something that you can buy or DIY, the ultra soupy water reside left from soaking Buckwheat Groats. Compared to other grains, the minerals in cooked buckwheat groats are particularly well absorbed. This is because buckwheat is relatively low in phytic acid, a common inhibitor of mineral absorption found in grains and seeds ( 6 ). Buckwheat is richer in minerals than many other pseudocereals and cereals. This form of adding a suficant is free and beneficial -- You can still eat the buckwheat groats with some pecans, walnuts or bowtie pasta and gravy AKA Kasha varnishkes. Below is a recipe for Buckwheat salad.

Water Ratio: 1:1.5 – This means that for every 1 cup of buckwheat groats you'll need 1.5 cups of water. Instructions: Place your water in a saucepan over high heat, and bring it to a boil. Add your buckwheat groats and a small pinch of sea salt. You strain the water 2 or 3 times, then cook up your groats.
This may or may not be beneficial; but if you believe in yourself of course it will be.
