SunPulse Bulbs, Better then HPS?

So my friends told me about these Newer Bulb out that Are Like Both MH and HPS but not like a duel ark bulb.
Anyone use'n them ? ive seen Data ,Not Talk and from what the chart said was unlike ah hps where the main spikes go way out of usable NM range the SunPulse's spike are right to the max usable wavelength across the whole spectrum.

Any Input ? i havent switched yet, any reason not too?

My bro has the 3k in 750w, 4 on the corners and 2 1k ushios in the middle. The 750s look so weak compaired to the 1ks, i can see the light half way into the 750s light. Im really wondering if they are going to perform worth anything?

Ive got SP 1ks and Ushio Duals and reds. All have been great.

I bought 3k spectrum Sun Pulse bulbs for $105 each. Ive switched back back to my plain old HPS though. Im paronoid my buds are not getting as fat as they normally do.

I haven't used them personally, but the couple people that I know that have used them said something similar. This seems to be the general consensus.

its a combo lamp, a mix between there multiple spectrums and a hps, its there bargain lamp...

Not trying to throw you under the bus, and I maybe arguing over semantics, but this is total misinformation. First off they are NOT a combo lamp. They are 100% Metal Halide. The Sunpulse bulbs are a MH bulb made for digital ballasts with a supposed enhanced spectrum. They are also not a bargain bulb seeing as they cost quite a bit more than a traditional bulb. You seem to not have your facts straight for "knowing the man behind Sunpulse".

Those Ushio's I hear are Bomb! Any one got a report on those?

Ushio are the bulbs made for digital ballasts correct? I have a buddy who works at a grow shop and gets all sorts of free shit. He got a 1000w Ushio for free that he threw next to his 1000w Digilux. He noticed no difference in yield between the two.

Personally I go with Digilux. They are a bulb designed for digital ballasts and made by a reputable company (C.A.P.). The product is incredibly well built, even the box that it comes in is quality. I ran a 600w Digilux vs a 600w Eye Hortilux in a side by side. We saw a 6% greater yield with the Digilux. So yeah, big fan of the Digilux.
