Yah I know! It's taking a while to get here, but I figured as much. I don't know what system I am getting yet. I won it in a raffle at the SF Expo! It was pretty cool getting the letter in the mail saying I won lol. If it's a spinner I won't be able to use it, but if it's just a regular 1000w system I might be able to. It would be pretty cool to get the 5-arm star spinner though....:thinking

Week 5.

Watup just fed them.

1 1/2 Gallons

14 ml Humega
14 ml Huvega
7 ml CalPlex
7 ml Sweet Raw
7 ml Amino Aide
1 ml Roots Excelurator
4 tsp ZHO

680 ppm
6.4 pH

I mixed it all up in 1 gallon and then added another 1/2 gallon because it was at almost 1000 ppm, a little high for me. Lots of lemon added. Brewed for more than 48 hrs. Hopefully this will do some good. When the lovely ladies dry out I will be transplanting. and then possibly TOPPING!?:thinking. The stems are very hardy and do not like being bent at all so I think topping will be a better route.

:nod or :shake

I'll have pictures tomorrow.

When you say you will be transplanting and then topping. Do you mean that you would top right after the transplant? If so I would definitely wait to top until after they recover from the transplant.

I think topping them should be cool. Just mind you that they need recovery time witch means it will take you longer to harvest, but the yield increase might be worth it.

LST is along similar lines but If the stems are too hard i suppose you have no choice. I'll admit though I personally like LST. Sure you cant bend those stems a bit? Either way the choice is yours mang:anim_19:

Watup! Yah I will definitely be doing the topping or LST after they recover. I get nervous about bending them because I've tried bending them to see how much give they have and it seems like I'm going to pull some roots off the base. The top is the only part that is really bendable. We'll see...

Week 5 Pictures

Whats goin on whoever is watching:very_first_smiley:

The leaves got leached a little on this last Neem spray because I haven't been up on the N(the sun is really bringing out the yellow in them, wow:mad0229: ), but since the watering yesterday everything has really perked up. The new growth is looking really healthy.

Sup Supa! I just realized you're using Roots Excelurator... Hmmm, it doesn't look like you've transplanted yet and being rootbound can affect proper nutrient uptake... :thinking

Yeah, Supasticky!! What's goin on with the transplant? Your setting them girls back by not transplanting, could be at least twice as big by now!! you need to get on that asap!!:sweating

Nice supa those genetics are certainly presenting some desirable qualities so far. They are stacked and the blade definition is good. Like you already said If I were you I would try to get up on that N asap though. This is what you gave them last?

14 ml Humega
14 ml Huvega
7 ml CalPlex
7 ml Sweet Raw
7 ml Amino Aide
1 ml Roots Excelurator
4 tsp ZHO

Not a bad combo but If I may say that Amino Aide alone might not be enough N to get the job done. You should try combining it with a base nute like CNS17 grow, or Soil A/B or maybe even that Magic Green. Also as the others said a transplant would probably help in nutrient uptake as well. Keep it up mang those girls are going to look beautiful!

Looking good there! Defs agree with everyone on the transplant and recommended boost in base nutes. Any news on the Life Light? I'm excited to see what you got.

On a separate note, it's nice to see another hip hop fan. Wiz is definitely solid, I like what he did over "Hero" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YjERYfEl6VE&feature=related.

Thanks for stopping by! I know I've been lagging on the transplant, I'm sure you two will like this update lol :)

Yah bro I need to get on that base nute. I'm pretty sure I'm going to bust out the H&S base nutes or I might do the Pure top layer you were talking about. They won't need to be fed for like 3 days so I have time to ponder.

Thanks for comin through mayn! Still no news on the life light. I don't think it will be here for a while. They said it would be shipped 2-4 weeks from July 26th and then it still has to get here lol hopefully it gets here.

That song is pretty dope. gets stuck in your head lol Wiz is tight though. It's good to here people who actually have something to say, ya know? He's makin that big money now lol and yah it is good to see others on here who like hip hop.

------------------------

I'll be moving the light down, but I just got back from camping and I did all this the morning before I left so I'll move it down here in a minute AND add another fixture in the future. Thanks for all the help everyone seems like I picked a good time to transplant. They were pretty rootbound, but I will say that there was more space. I do understand though what you're sayin Shady. Always trying to keep them in optimal condition.

So yah all this was done on Sunday.

http://i257.invalid.com/albums/hh230/itschillbro/DSC04364.jpg

These are the Dankouver's roots. They are looking so healthy! I was honestly kind of scared to see the roots, but I was pleasantly surprised by the shiny, white, fuzzy roots.

http://i257.invalid.com/albums/hh230/itschillbro/DSC04362.jpg

Lastly, they have all grown since I left so I know that there wasn't much stress from the transplant :rock

Once again, thanks for coming by homies!

Feeding.

2 Gallons

24 ml Humega
24 ml Huvega
20 ml Sweet Raw
2 ml Roots Excelurator

Top layer(1 oz.) of Organicare Pure grow.

no pH adjustment....:dull We'll see what happens. Didn't have time to get the pen from my buddy so I just did the top layer, which needs no pH adjustment. The pure grow says to use in conjunction with Humega and Huvega every watering and the pH comes out good.

I feel you on the root space Supa... In my experience, when the roots in soil hit the walls of the plastic pot and begin to spin out, I've had nutrient uptake issues... I think your girls will love those Smart Pots. :cool

Week 6.

Yah I think they will. I know I do. Way more drainage and now I don't have to have them on that shitty table anymore. It looked like the roots had just hit the cups and started going down, so it seems your eye for transplanting is finely tuned lol:character0004:

---------

So it's the beginning of week 6 and everything seems to be on schedule. After some messing around and slightly bending them back and forth they became very easy to bend over so I was going to bend them over today, but I have nothing to tie them down with; postponed :dull . Maybe I'll still top one, who knows, I'm very spontaneous :smirk lol

After watering, with a nasty refrigerator in the back. It's such a damn hassle to get rid of appliances! :character0029:

and the nectar :)

I don't think I'll be taking side shots anymore unless people want me to. They're going to start bushing out and I'll just take an angled shot or a few angled shots.

Thanks buds.

Ah man I mean I'm sure the Pure Grow smells but you gotta give it some credit mang!

2 Gallons

24 ml Humega

20 ml Sweet Raw
2 ml Roots Excelurator

Top layer(1 oz.) of Organicare Pure grow.

I Still think that Pure Grow did the trick. Plus this feeding above is more recent then the one you stated, although I admit that transplant definitely helped.

Yah that Pure Grow does put it down. It should last about 2 weeks and they're stayin hella green so I know it's gettin it done.

I just bent them last night so I'll throw some pictures up in a little while. Don't have the camera at the moment. Eh, I might have to bend the SnS more, I already had to bend down the AK and Dankouver again cuz the top won't stay down. they're beastly! lol :party0033:
