Supplementing light

Im getting one of the older UFOs from a buddy and was thinking i would need to have more light. Im doing three plants in a cabinet would the one ufo be enough or should i add a couple CFLs just to be safe.

Well Lets-Be-Cool ,

For the Minimal Investment do add a few CFLs in an assorted Kelvin Spectrum on the higher end as in 5000 - 6500-K color range & a few 2700 - 3000 in the mix for the entire run & you'll be good to go & glad ya did it .

If you're going to use CFL make sure they're so close to the plant they almost touch; like most floros, they have basically zero penetration. How you do that without shading out the LED is the tough part.
