Having a drunk driver hit your house is waaaay :sign0055: unlucky, especially when it exposes ones medical grow. I hope SD police let this slide... It doesn't seem worth the effort to prosecute, especially if the guy has his recommenadtion in order. The SDPD is really anal with its view of MMJ.

WOw.. busted because of a Drunk Driver crashing into your grow room..
that is Totally screwed up...whats worse was no one was at the house..
to hopefully remove as much evidence as possible b4 cops find it... just sayin
