Switching Nutrients

hi how do I go about switching nutrients ?
I was using GH 3 part for veg and start of bloom. But now I want to change to advance Connie a & b bloom . So I need to flush or just feed the Connie like normal ?
Any precautions I should take ?

Give it a water in between or start new stuff at 1/4 strength and work up.
