Switching to 12/12

First time grower....I have 12 plants, 8 of which are 14inches high and look healthy and are doing well. However, remaining 4 are not growing so well, so do I wait for these 4 to pull their socks up and catch the others before switching to 12/12, or do I just accept they are not going to produce much? I’m 6 weeks in growing under LEDs

Hoping to switch in next 10 days and flower for 14 days (widows)

Have just started using Plant Magic Plus evolution on the 4.

Hey hugo , i would not wait for the others to catch up , either get rid of them , or make clones for next run or put them in another space if you can , chances are good that they will just get overgrown by the 8 healthy ones ......
Or .... you can just prop them up on something so they reach the same height as the 8 , but if they arent " healthy " then i wouldnt wait ....
