Taking Oil Extraction Leftovers and Making Butter

Made some hash oil using alcohol extraction. Did a decarb and quick wash. I let the leftovers dry out. Has anyone made any butter off of the leftovers? Thought it might be worth a try unless someone says otherwise.

Man if you tried this and it worked let me know; Ive ALWAYS wondered about this. It would be so much simpler than simmering and etc.

If you did a proper extraction, I wouldn't think the leftover material would have much thc left in it to make butter. Figure even the best trim has about 8-11% thc before rinsing it with alcohol, afterwards you'd be looking at about 1-2%. Unless you plan on eating a ton of butter!

The oil came out at 28% thc, so something went wrong. The butter is medicated, but the real test will be this weekend with my brownie cookies. I have made them before with different butter, so I know where it should be.
