Tall narrow grow spaces, can you train to a wall?

I see a few pics of tall narrow grow spaces, like a converted broom closet. My question, can you train a plant to be a wall hugger and give it side light to increase cola sites? Creative pruning over the veg stage to have many cola heights. Will the tallest still be biggest bud, or is it the light that counts for growth? Has anyone tried it?

Ive grown in a broom closet 3ft x 3ft. just hung a light and a fan and flipped at 4 weeks so the plants keep small..i dont think you would want it growing against the wall because the side of the bud against the wall wouldnt get enough light , or airflow and later on could cause trapped moisture issues,

have always use my walls to fix the bigger leaders .. there are grows online that use a lot of side lighting and a more vertical profile

It can be done......I've looked into it a while back.....

It's all about training....

And the lighting........

Never done it, but sounds, and looked, cool....
