Tank Water Ec

Hi guys.ive had abit of a play with my bluelab truncheon to test the
ec of the tank water if i will have to ro the water,so i filled a cup up and
its not reading anything .

Its def working as i put a pinch of salt in there to test and she went off
the dial.highest reading..truncheons lowest reading is 0.2.

Deos this mean the water is goood to go.ph was 6.9..

Cool.one thing less to buy lol..i was thinking does it still need filtering
for bad bacteria in untreated water.we dont drink it but boil it so its
potable

Yes, you would still benefit from a two stage sediment and KDF filter to remove any debris and chloramine in your tap water. However, if you already have bad bacteria in your water I doubt there is any sterilization agent present to be removed.

You would still need RO to remove the bacteria if that’s the case.

Dammit. :) i had to open my mouth haha..

I can get these pretty cheap.they should work okay.

That looks the good,sucks though im in tasmania.shipping cost put this
out of my reach..its always the way..you guys have soo much to choose from
and cheap as too..i have seen a very similar design when i was having a
geezer earlier.i had a couple billys and deleted the friggen page accidently
haha..
