Hey everyone, before i enter the flowering phase, i have a few questions.

Setup
Tap water = ~1,100 µS
RO water = 56 µS.
400W MH
x4 AutoPot + AirDomes
Carbon filter + Centrifugal fan.
GHE Flora series ( soft micro )

I had problems with my seedlings at first (first time using RO), then i read in a few places and was instructed by my local hydro guy to add ~ 20% tap water to my RO,
So far it seems to do the trick, according to the pictures.

BUT, should i really be adding this crappy tap-water to my perfectly awesome RO?
Perhaps there is a better solution to keep the pH stable and avoid def.

Thanks!

Not really "better" per se, just different. The tapwater is likely very hard, and really, IME, that's the easiest, cheapest way to get RO or RO/DI to a slightly more alkaline state.

I guess sticking to what works isn't a bad thing, it got me so far.
thanks, Seamaiden
