I will get my veg formula posted....I was running a little extra Calcium Nitrate in Veg last time. I thought they need extra N and Ca early on in their lives.

The new Hydro Herb one part formula mixed with epsoms and with my tap water might be ok for veg. Ill get what I was running posted. Right now my vegging plants are being fed the new stuff...

Picture 1: The picture of the plants with fresh panda stretched and pinned into place. I want to make sure you guys see this. Make sure you check to know that the water drain properly and that shit is not going sideways under the plastic. I have 3 fans blowing the leaves everywhere. They pretty much point up to the lights. I hate wind blown pictures.

Picture 2: A picture of a TarDawg #2 pheno.

The last 3 pictures are Raskals Og Fire x Alien. The pheno was Mg hungry after not being fed enough Mg for 1 week. I boosted to 2 grams of epsoms per gallon and it cleared up and seems to be ok now. Maybe its more of an OG pheno. I dunno. I topped it in flower too like a dumb ass and it will suffer, but I can live with that. Its kinda freaky looking. I like it. Wont produce like the other phenos by the looks of things.

In veg I was running 3.0 grams of Jacks and 2.44 grams of Calcium Nitrate. I would then dilute this to whatever ec or ppm my plant needed in veg. The stronger the lights ie more lumens the higher the ppm or ec you can run. Be carefull not to use too much epsom if you mix any at all in during veg as low calcium combined with higher magnesium can lead to the rapid absorbtion of micro nurients. This leads to miniturization in the plants!!! Calcium acts as a buffer for many elements and helps control how they are absorbed. Often in early life plants need a little more calcium...or so I thought. Without this buffer bad things can happen.

I have added epsoms I believe in veg that was a little too much and help to make plants a little bonzai. I always wondered why. Your plants need Mg in veg without question, just dont over do it! If your plant need Mg they will let you know.

Did you say aero clones into hugo blocks? Thats smart homies. Give it it a try. Im building a hugo block fortress to keep out all the haters made with aero clones from my home made stinkbud aero cloner.....step by step.......Take the clone ...soak the entire hugo block in a good veg formula maybe 350-400 ppm on a .5 meter or a little higher or lower ppm.....hold the block and drain the excess water.....soak a little cloning cube.....open the little cube like a hotdog bun and lay the aero clone in...in this case a purple berry bx...poke the hole a little deeper in the wet block and gently push in the clone without stressing the roots too much. In a matter of days the plant will take off...top feed by hand with scoops of the veg water for a few or several days or over a week or whatever I drain to waste at this early stage....then use a timer to flood and drain as needed. These big blocks dont need to be watered too much. Lift the block to see how heavy it is. I will use the big mommas next.

The hugo block seen in these pictures is wet!

This is my last journal too...im retiring after this one so if you have questions about the way I do things now is the time.

Good luck GoD. If she smells like berries in flower its a Straw Cough pheno. I always thought your pheno was StarDawg leaning. Yours might be kinda interesting. Thanks for posting.

I thought everyone had seen this? You use a cap, or any recycle timer, 1 minute on and 4 minutes off! Temp is self regulated by the heat of the pump in the water. 100% success cloner! I can build one that doesnt leak....

@SB would your nutrient schedule work as well in a soiless mix? I know nothing about mixing my own salts but would love to keep the money in my pockets and out of theirs. peace

The formula im using is really made for hydroponic. Im not a soiless grower, but there has to be cheap powder mix for you somewhere. Although there are many similarities the ratios and overall make-up of the soiless formula might be a little different than the hydro formula. What those differences are im not sure.

well I know they make mixes for say soiless growers or even soil but don't know which one would be the best to use. If anyone else has any experience with jacks in a soil/less medium please chime in. much appreciated

Tardawgs...last 2 pictures on this saddest of days as Raskal is no longer around....Raskals OG Fire x Alien Kush. Pictures taken not even 4 weeks in....they look sick..I just looked back at the pictures taken at 14 days. To see these pictures tonight from almost 2 weeks later you can see pretty nice growth. Im happy the plants seem really happy, healthy and green. Very sad to see Raskal go.

Thanks E.T.

Im testing hugo blocks double stacked in a bucket system that is flood and drain. The results are stunning! This picture is 2 hugos on top of each other in a black cap bucket from their grow system.

This is what I will do next guys I hope at least 1 of you will also try it.

The Hugo block is 6x6x5=198 aproximate cubic inches of root space. My double stack is just 400 aproximate cubic inches, still a lot of root space, enough for flower. More than enough!

A Big Momma is a stunning 8x8x8= 512 cubic inches of root space.

The Titan system ebb and flow uses 9 inch square net spots. They should be able to comfortably hold the big momma block. I will then flood and drain with the square buckets in this system. Remember, if you read all of my posts and what farmer doesnt, I install bi-pass valves on my bucket system so I can easily open and shut of water as needed on each line or even each bucket. This simple addition makes managing a bucket system much simpler and much easier to clean as needed! In fact the bucket system becomes practical with the use of bipass valves on the lines!

This Ronnie James Dio is a stunning plant in person. It has literally blown up in the stacked hugos. I topped it once. I just rested the hugos on top of each other in flower and they instantly fused into one big block within days. The plant has one of the thickest stems ive ever seen for a plant this age.....either this hugo block system is bomb or this is a great pheno. The structure is sick! This plant is bigger than you realize in this picture! Ive never had a plant grow quite like this. If anyone has grown out RJD and know a little about it please let me know if this looks like a typical growth pattern for the plant.

If you guys or gals dont understand what im talking about when im describing the use of the bi-pass valves with a line-fed bucket system please let me know and I will post some pictures.

My latest mad scientist shit is to smoke oil, wax, bubble, melt, extract or bho through my essential vaaapp eclipse h2o water pipe attachment, attached to my 9ml thick bong, heating the glass vial which holds the concentrate to be smoked with my Steinel heat gun...if you are at all familiar with these 2 products you might have a good laugh because that is some stoner nerdy shit right there.

Got my Steinel here for $247.00...didnt think about ebay. One of the best all around vape tools.
