Agreed!

The guys that don't live in med states would be VERY surprised to know that the quality of what 95% of dispensaries put out is on par with what I was buying in highschool.

Especially crazier because of the connotation Colorado has for its weed.

What i've learned is, MOST PEOPLE CAN'T GROW! :) Except for the peeps on this site, I mean god dayum! Very tasty shit here.

People get into this with the idea that 'it's just a weed; how hard can it be?' Well, to grow a good dandelion, you need to give it plenty of sun, water and fertilizer. I don't see a lot of dandelions in neglected yards... same is true of cannabis, only more so.

Every time I hear some schmuck talk about tossing some seeds on the ground and pissing on them, I ask them when the last time was they tried that, and where's the results? Funny how many of them hem and haw and try to walk back their words...

Just because they call it 'weed' doesn't mean it won't respond to care and craftsmanship in its cultivation. The sad truth is that such attention to detail and a serious approach to one's craft- any craft- is a slowly dying art in this country. Want proof? Smoke some bud the frat boys grew- them college boys aren't good for much of anything but getting stupid drunk until they've got a few years' real world experience under their feet.

k i am very proud to announce the addition of some very special P Red crosses that are going to be coming my way( YESSSSSSSS!) tried a sample today and shit was at least a half scale P Red.

Now that's the proper attitude! If someone- anyone, especially a girlfriend- can't find it in themselves to be supportive of something that is so obviously good for you, the environment, your friends and even your pocketbook, then they're just too stupid to keep around. Bad for your health. Kick their dumb ass to the curb and find peeps who are more positive about life and making contributions to others' happiness.

That would be why I'm here, and it's workin' out tits so far.

You said it. I have been trying to understand what the fuck.
She has had plenty of legit complaints, but clearly has her head up her ass about a bunch of shit.
Trying to get what the fuck drives her to say the dumb shit she does, and to make the decisions she does.

Pride motivates her, not wanting to ever admit she is wrong, feeling like any solid argument against the illogical decisions she has made is a personal attack.

I am smarter now that my intestines barely ever leak shit into my blood, and I do not have opiate-like compounds in my bloodstream from wheat, for example. I understand what it is like to not think as clearly as you would like.

So that was my problem. I am solving the problem.

What the fuck is her excuse?

She will drop the ball again if given half a chance.
What impact would that have on my health?
I thought she was smarter than she is turning out to be.
I thought she had better strength of character than this.
I thought she was more honest than she is.
I am so disappointed in her, now that she has shown her true colors.

Too bad, I always wanted my son to not ever have a broken home.

Edit-damn you guys make me feel better about myself and the decisions I have made. Thanks gentlemen.

I came from a broken home and look at me now- I'm a career criminal taking part in a vast conspiracy... errr- wait...

Seriously, the only thing wrong with coming from a 'broken home' is the fact that it usually took too damn long for the couple to break up in the first place. Kids are resilient and they either already do understand there are problems, or they will come to in the future.

What is NOT fair to them is to A. hide your feelings, B. talk shit about the other party (even if they do!) or C. keep them in the dark about your plans for a better future.

That's the most important part of the whole equation. Moving on to the relationship between you and her, offer counseling, or the door, but be firm; no progress gets made 'just doing the same as we've always done'.

Likely, she also has legitimate concerns and gripes- counseling is an important step towards the ability to mutually understand one another's perspectives; the choice to actually do so depends on the individual. If she isn't up for that challenge, then run like a motherfucker- and find someone who is.

Just do me a favor? Don't wait. Life is precious, and short. Resolve to deny her- or anyone else, for that matter- the chance to force you to accept being less than the person you can be. The other side of the same coin is that it is up to you to be supportive of her needs and wants and goals, as long as they're appropriate, and that the extent to which you succeed in this is the extent to which you'll do what it takes to give her happiness. Just not at the expense of your own.

if you always stay straight up martin luther king on her ass, youve done something, and you set an example for your boy(HUGE)

if she cant be cool then FUCK HER she doesnt care about you , your boy , or herself.

always do what you can to help her no matter what, but AFTER your boy and you. he needs someone solid and it sounds like thats you.
