I'm having a hard time keeping my temp stable. Should be close to 77 right?
I run my fan 15 min every hour but that keeps my temp at 70 (colder if i run it longer) If i run the fan less, the temp will go up to about 83-85, plus i dont want to take away fresh air from the plants. Is it better to run on the colder side or the hotter side of upper 70s? any ideas?

Hotter side of upper 70s is FINE. 80s, lower to mid, are fine, too. I hear you on the bit about it getting too cold. There is a device that acts like a thermostat controller for the fan itself, but I can't remember what it's called let alone where to find one.

Do you have an oscillating fan? What direction is the fan pointing?

I think this is what you are talking about.

You could run the fan less and put another fan inside blowing on the lights and plant.
