Temps for outdoor large hydro setups?

Went to the grow store and they said 50 gallon rez, 100 site hydro, hopefully coco...
would promote root rot as the rez gets warm.

Its 100F outside.

Its a vertical grow.

Im growing strawberries and peppers.
WIll the rez brown out the roots with outdoor sun?

I never used this outside for produce yet.
I used that turkey poop bacteria that grows good bacteria, the stuff you use in the EZ cloner.

Above 78 degrees you will develop root rot.

Light and heat are the enemy of roots in outdoor hydro.
