Newbie here. 5x5 gorilla grow tent,cob lights, and scrubber. How do i need to set up ventilation. One fan or 2???

Welcome @Tsanders, one fan for exhaust then you'll need something moving the air inside the tent. But that also depends on ambient heat aside from how much heat you'll be adding with the COBS.
I exhaust two 4x4 tents via one six inch inline "max fan" but do it off season to avoid the heat and minimize optimal conditions for pests.

So how would i hook it up? I want need a fan bringing in cool air from outside?

Open screened bottom vents on tent, pull exhaust out of top of tent. Fan, filter can all be outside tent to save space.
What's your room (where the tents at) temp?
