Tents as sealed rooms?

I'm thinking about some larger size tents for sealed rooms. I will have mini splits cooling them and the lights will be air cooled. Of course I want to use CO2 in the tents. How sealed are these tents? Would it be better to just build rooms. I have skills to build but I would rather just do it a easier way if you know what I mean.

Ive done tents as well as building my own. If your lay out is right go ahead and build. I used metal studs for framing then double wrapped it in plastic, cut holes accordingly them slapped on an instant zipper door. 8x8 room built in 3 days can be done in 1 day. Easy job set up to your exact specs.

Tents are light tight but not forever

I have been looking at the metal stud idea. I'm more of a wood guy but those studs being straight and uniform seems ideal.
